Dr. Brenna Bacon Ranieli, DC

Dr. Brenna Bacon Ranieli, DC, chiropractor and owner of Hagerstown Health.

 

Education and Career

Born and raised in Hagerstown, Dr. Ranieli graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 2004. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated from the Honors Program in 2007. Pursuing higher education at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL she received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010, the same year she married her high school sweetheart, Matthew. Just a few months later she started her practice and has been providing quality care ever since. As her family has grown so has her commitment to our community. She has continued her education and has completed extensive coursework in functional nutrition. She has also recently completed all requirements and has become qualified as a Certified Women’s Health Specialist (CWHS).


Community

  • Selected as a chiropractic member of the Wellness Team at the 2011 U.S. Open Golf Championship at the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD.
  • Member of Downtown Hagerstown Rotary Club, 2011-2018
  • The Official Chiropractor of the Hagerstown Suns, 2012-2020
  • Volunteer/contributor to the Dancing with The Arc Stars annual fundraiser, 2012-2018, and 2013 Winner of the event.
  • The inaugural recipient of the Rising Star Award from the Community Foundation of Washington County for her commitment to our community through volunteer service, 2013.
  • Recipient of the Arc of Washington County’s Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award, 2015
  • Volunteer for the non-profit mental health organization, Brook Lane, through the Development Council and the Brook Lane Foundation Board, 2012-2024

Dr. Matthew Ranieli, DPT, MBA

 

Dr. Matthew Ranieli was voted the Herald Mail Tri-state’s Best Physical Therapist in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. He is a former Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is currently certified in neuromuscular taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, Functional Movement Screen, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. Dr. Ranieli has also completed extensive continuing education in manual and manipulation therapy allowing him to address most musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe. He has recently completed a vestibular and dizziness treatment certification as well.  Dr. Ranieli is pleased to be able to treat his patients with direct, one-on-one, care for 45-minute appointments at Hagerstown Health.


Dr. Ranieli graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 2002, from the University of Maryland in 2006, earned his Doctorate from Midwestern University in 2012, and MBA from Western Governors University in 2019. He is currently serving his second term as president of the Hagerstown Rotary Club. He is also a member of the Greater Hagerstown Committee and sits on the Education forum.

Kelly Sauser is an office manager and billing specialist in MD. She has been an office manager with over 12 years in the Chiropractic field. She worked with two local Chiropractors while she obtained her Maryland Chiropractic Assistant license in Nov. 2012.

Kelly Sauser is an office manager and billing specialist in MD. She has been an office manager with over 12 years in the Chiropractic field. She worked with two local Chiropractors while she obtained her Maryland Chiropractic Assistant license in Nov. 2012.

Kelly graduated from Brunswick High School in 1994 and moved to Washington County in 2004 with her husband, Nathan Sauser, a paramedic fire fighter for Washington County, and 3 children.

She spent many years working and volunteering for Washington Co. Public Schools as an assistant and substitute teacher where she was able to spend as much time as possible raising her children.

Kelly and her family enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. On many beautiful days you can find them camping, fishing and kayaking in beautiful Berkeley Springs, WV.

Kelly enjoys her time with her family and friends, giving back to the community while focusing on holistic medicine.

Tiffani is our newest staff member, receptionist and patient assistance coordinator with a strong background in customer service. Tiffani has extensive managerial experience as well.

Tiffani is a native of Hagerstown, graduating from South High in 2004. She has 1 daughter, 2 dogs and 3 cats. She enjoys her time watching her daughter play soccer, relaxing at home and anything Halloween.
